These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PLOT mobile application ("the App"), operated by Woto Dijital Hizmetleri A.Ş. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

PLOT is a movie recommendation application powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI). Users can input text descriptions (prompts) to receive personalized movie suggestions, manage watchlists, and view streaming availability information.

2. No Account Registration

PLOT operates without a user account or login system. All your data (watchlists, history, preferences) is stored locally on your device or associated with your device identifier on our servers.

• Risk of Data Loss: If you delete the App, reset your device, or lose access to your device, your saved data (including watchlists and history) may be permanently lost. We are not responsible for any such data loss.

3. AI Features and Disclaimers

The App uses artificial intelligence technologies (including OpenAI API, Google Gemini, and proprietary models) to generate content and recommendations. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Accuracy: AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or up-to-date. We do not guarantee the factual accuracy of movie synopses, cast lists, or release dates generated by the AI.
• Subjectivity: Movie recommendations are subjective. The App may suggest content that does not align with your personal taste.
• Inappropriate Output: While we implement safety filters, AI models may rarely generate unexpected or inappropriate text. You use the AI features at your own risk.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

• Enter prompts that are illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or promote hate speech.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or our proprietary AI models.
• Attempt to "jailbreak" or manipulate the AI to generate prohibited content.
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to block access to the App for any user who violates these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

• Our Rights: The App itself, including its design, code, proprietary algorithms, and "PLOT" branding, is the property of Woto Dijital Hizmetleri A.Ş. and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
• Movie Data: Movie posters, titles, and related metadata displayed in the App are the property of their respective copyright holders (e.g., movie studios). We use this data for informational purposes only.
• User Inputs: By submitting prompts to the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, and analyze those inputs to provide the service and improve our AI models.

6. In-App Purchases (IAP)

PLOT may offer optional paid features or subscriptions via Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

• Payment: All transactions are processed by the respective store platform (Apple or Google). We do not store your payment information.
• Refunds: Refund requests are subject to the policies of Apple or Google. We cannot process refunds directly.

7. Third-Party Links and Streaming Info

The App provides information about where movies are available for streaming (e.g., Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video).

• Availability: Streaming availability varies by region and changes frequently. We do not guarantee that the streaming information provided is 100% accurate or real-time.
• External Links: The App may contain links to third-party websites or apps. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party sites.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WOTO DİJİTAL HİZMETLERİ A.Ş. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan).

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the App signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
